how do i bypass the fuel pump relay?

i need to empty my tank as it's shot but i have no drain plug :-x
i think i'll just use the pump to do it however, in the absence of my manual..... which is the fuel pump relay and which pins do i need to connect?

Usually the Orange relay on the Bulkhead(4 pot) and inner wing(6 pot).Pins 30 - 87 :wink:

hello mate, cant you just take the back seat out and then the top of the tank and syphon it out, thats what i did on mine...

get an old plug, (the 2 pin plug) and then wire that up to a battery. plug it on, then Bob's your Aunty's live in lover!

syphon = stiiiinky petrol breath!

i'll have a look aand see if i have a spare plug lurking, otherwise, i just need to drop the underdash panel down to get to the relay so it's not that bad...

You can always bridge fuses 11 and 24, 25, 26, 27 or 28 in the fusebox. Just push the bare ends of a piece of wire into the top of the fuses to touch the wire.
