will et13 wheels, size 15" x 7" wide fit with out problems?

Yes. I put them on my Touring. No rubbing at all.
Looks like the rear arches may have been rolled a tad by a past owner though.
I'm sure someone on here had MiM's the same as mine and said they didn't rub on his car either.

i have a set of mims that size also no issue and my arches are standard and the cars is low
