hello.every1 i need to flush my whole cooling system how do i do it? i know u can get air in the system witch it hard to get out so how do i do that.

my head gasket went and i noticed a lot of mustard still left in the expantion tank and rad so i need to clear this out.

There's an error in this!
Following the instructions in the link will NOT drain the engine block, but the flushing will remove the old coolant from it, and replace it with fresh water.
If you try to refill the system with ready mixed coolant, you will not get 4.5l in, and the antifreeze will end up under strength.
The required technique is to start refilling the system with sufficient neat antifreeze for the whole job, then to add water only.
If much coolant is lost during the bleeding process, then subsequent topping up should be done with diluted mixture.
If you want to fully drain a six pot, there is a 19mm drain plug near the back of the block on the exhaust side.
