techniques and what paint shadowline grill bumper

as stated in the title i need help in deciding what paint to buy to paint these 3 items
bumper is first
grill center section and the rest of it too
shadowline last
and what procedure
sand off
primer
light coats
clearcoat?
for the bumper top and bottom and leave the plastic trim piece black
my car is the one on the right

As you put it in your list. But no clear coat as you will get stone chip's and will need to touch up now and again...

I used Satin Black for the grill.

what number for the sandpaper
what brands for the paint

Just use a very fine grade to prepare/key the surface. I used Halfords own brands of primer and Satin Black paint. Several fine coats and job done!

Not being funny mate, do they have Halfords in the states ? ( I think he lives in the states judging by the number plates and houses in the picture)

Yeah, I realised that after I'd posted.

I'm sure any local auto-accessory shop will be able to help out.

yep i live in the states
there isnt a near by auto-accessory shop
im buying the items online
so sand it down and
try to find halford paint
