Best plugs

I'm having an oil change on Monday and want to change my plugs too. Are some better than others, or are they much the same? Perhaps you could recommend a brand?

I use Nippon Denso IW16 in my 325 and IX24B in my M3

IMHO, Bosch plugs are not all that.
If you don't wanna splash out on the Nippon Denso Iridium they do a cheaper Platinum version and if they still don't do it for you, I'd recommend NGK and then Champion...

NKG for m20's - guys on a US forum (BEN) did a test a few years ago - no other plug performed better.

if you have a standard car use the standard plugs.....
