325 HEAD WITH 320I BOTTOM END AND GEARBOX

hi there a m8 of mine said i can have his old engine with the 325 head and the rest as a 320i would this be anymore powerful then the 320i engine iv all ready got

No. I doubt it'd even be as powerful as a standard 320i - the 325i head won't work well on a 320i block at all.

320i head and 325i head both work on an ETA block which has flat pistons and is similar ?
i cant see anything clashing ?

The eta has bigger bores same as a 325.
The 320 has smaller bores so the 325 head will not work.

It would fit and work but not very well, compression would be down on a 320i head due to the shap of the combustion chambers.
Also the inlet ports will be the wrong shape for a 320i inlet manifold as well as being too large losing even more torque.
Bad combination.
