Spigot rim diameter, Help needed please

Can anyone tell me what the inner diameter of the spigot ring would be to fit on the E30?
Hope this makes sense???
Ive seen these on ebay and emailed the seller but he has said he's not sure!

BK171 which is the 73mm bit, just not to sure on the inside diameter??
