Handbrake dash light.

With ignition set to position two all my dash lights , handbrake,abs etc light up ok but when i start the engine with handbrake on , there is no handbrake light showing. Any ideas anyone.

is ure handbreak on? if not put it on then a light will come up ( sorry for obvious answer..
pull up handbreak gaitor the wire that controls the light may have fallen out of its position..
i think all the lights come on once on the second click

Handbrake is deffo on, surely if the wire was disconected it would,nt show up on dash with key turned to position two/ Or would it?

yeah it does as i jsut tried it in mine
got the handbreak gaitor off already so jsut went out nd looked
