lowering my e30 touring.... advice needed please!!

hello all............
Want to lower my E30 touring in the next week. i am fitting a set of alpina 17's all round and want to know the best lowering spring set to compliment these wheels....... i don't want the car to be too low, just sitting nicer than it is at the moment with a subtle change in ride height....ANY IDEAS....????
i just want a set of springs, not going to bother with struts. Straight answers please...... anyone lowered a touring and has any pictures, that would be great..... regards.,
