Open question to huge debate (loads of post on this)
Check Engine Swaps / Forced Induction section loads of post on different conversion.
Would help if you posted in that section with guideline what you want (Mega BHP / Smooth / Better MPG etc...) to achieve and budget.
Search frist.

If you want it to look stock, you're limited to 2.7 / 2.8 etc strokers.
Otherwise, set some priorities. If the most powerful option was also the easiest & most reliable etc, then it'd either be hugely expensive, or we'd all have done it!

For that M50 or M30'ed would be on the cards...
Assuming you want to change the engine, if not 2.7/2.8 stroker as already been suggested...

That was a bit rude pal. I was being serious about S14.
I know a few good finishing schools if you want the addresses.

What, where? I must have missed this conversion, here I am, agonizing over the costs and labor of putting a m30 in it when a simple sock can do wonders! As I remember there must be a couple of socks in the corner of my bedroom, does it have to be a specific brand sock? Are cotton socks preferable to wool? And where specifically in the engine bay must I put it?
I think I'm going to be very popular with my wife, this is shaping to be a great low cost engine conversion! What are the expected HP gains?
