I have a oil pressure switch leak and managed to get my hands on a replacement e30 1.8 switch. does this work in the 320i ?

Yes. they are the same unit.

had the same on my m3. new switch was about £3 and in stock at euro car parts. rated to come on at 0.3 bar too unlike the 0.15bar the one i took out was.

wheres the swtich, need to change mine on the 320, but not sure where it is :o:

Done mine last week Raj, on the 325i its on the bottom of the oil filter housing. Had to buy a deep socket to get it off though, which cost more than the switch.
