Hi Guys,
hope you guys can help me, I just got my front wheel tracking done, I saw them every step of the way, they didn't even take the tires of they just adjusted the steering rack and all that other stuff well it was all fine until I reversed the car out the garage and drove it up the road and took a left hand turn.....
rite here comes the problem well as soon as I turned left I herd this loud pop(say that really fast) sound so I quickly pulled up to one side at first I thought it was my exhaust that was making the sound by scraping the floor
but then I looked underneath and it was normal and I turned back drove back as I accelerated the noise was accordingly to the acceleration if you get what I mean
they jacked up from the back and spun the back rear left wheel and it was slightly making that same noise so then what they guy done was put it on the jack took it up checked the underneath and said it was
my prop - Shaft and I was like “huh it wasn't like this before I come hereâ€a and he replied “I really do apologies but its something got to do the prop shaftâ€a, he mentioned rubber doughnuts need to be replaced I was thinking to myself hmmm I mean, I would have you know took his head of but I got it all done for free as a friend of a friend did the job he also mentioned that it could have just been an coincidence but in my head I though hmm how likely is that?
Now I am in a misery to be honest because I don't even feel to drive the poor little thing because it makes a very loud noise which is worrying?
I even don't feel to drive her to the garage that's how much of a bad noise she's making...
any help and advice would be very much Appreciated
many thanks guys / girls
Cheers Jazz
