E30 Zone

Anybody know what this parts for?. Stripping a car for usefull parts and came across this bolted to the front of the passenger wing behind headlights.

This is the resistors for the dim dip driving lights, fitted to facelift cars up to about the end of '88. Switched into circuit by two yellow relays in the front left corner of the glovebox.
