E30 Zone

need to find out how to set the pierburg 2be carb on my 316 as its is runing like a sack of &*£$ i think the auto choke is fcuked also there r some vac hoses are off and i cant see where they have come from but am sure there from the carb thanks put these pics on can anyone see anything untoward about it

sorry if i am going on but i`ve been offered 2 webber carbs and i`m going to get both of them but if that dont work how hard would it be to convert to fuel injection as i would like to keep the m10 engine for now with a possibility of droping in a 2.5 6pot at a later date thanks peeps
