Gassy issues...

Hello all, im watching a gas system on ebay at the moment and considering buying it for the cab. Problem is i know nothing about them and have a few questions!
1) It is a single point/mixer system, the seller says good for upto 175bhp, would it be up to the job?
2) How badly will performance be affected?
3) How difficult would it be to install and where would i stand with insurance if i fitted it myself? (confident )
