car was running but was suspectedly a bit rich,then started cutting out and now its not running at all-relays seem to be ok-any suggestions as im at my wits end with this.fuses are fine too,broken wire maybe or anyother suggestions more than appreciated.thanks

If it was running to rich it could be the blue temp sensor.
What engine have you got ?

If it's been running rich, I'd start with the spark plugs. They could all be fouled up.
If the first one you take out looks reasonable, push the lead back on it, lay it flat on the rocker cover and turn the engine over on the key.
Should spark once every second turn of the crank.
