Crecked Headlamp Lenses

Would these be an MOT fail??

Not necessarily, as long as the beam pattern is OK then it's a pass, if they are full of moisture with poor beam pattern it's a failure.

i have put clear tape over a hole in the lense and its passed! 
it does depend on if its sharp or classed as dangerous but that was a few years ago and every place is different.
its easy to get hold of a new head light i even have some spare.

Any cracked lamp lenses should be a fail
