have beeen having problems getting my passenger side headlight to line up

have greased up all the adjusters and it turns freely it looks like it is a justed correctly but on a wall its just shwoing it is too low and the same at on the propers measuring tool at the mot station.

have checked out the headlight levelers and they seem the same length etc on both sides

anyone else had this problem?

Hi Once you had it all put back together have you tried the adjuster that the old underdash controller used.(if that makes sence).I was working on lights yesterday and used this at the end.I will not know if I am successful until the MOT.

The plastic 'nut' part of the adjuster can strip its thread when being freed up after having been seized.
Adjuster may be turning, but it may not be adjusting.
