5stud using E36 bits, which suspension to use?

looking to 5stud my track car using E36 fronts and compact rears. but what suspension kit should i use? will the E36 kit(ie HnR cup kit for E36 6cyl) ok to use with this set up?
also, E36's have a higher offset, will i be ok to run standard 5stud rims on that offset on this setup on an E30? or will they have to be spaced out to 25mm?
and finally, on the front i know about the M3 bushes that need to be used, but ive heard something about E36 M3 evo bottom arms that need to be used, anyone clarify this?
ps. this is a cheap ass project, please dont suggest to use E30 M3 running gear, because its stupidly expensive for this kind of project.
