Hi everyone this is my 1st post here. Last week I brought a 325i Touring out of the local paper as a temporary run about. A week on and I really like it!! The only thing that I would like to improve is the handling. ItԚ's not that I donԚ't like the way it handles, I just want it firmer with less bodyroll. Looking about I have seen a set of Alpina like 17Ԛâ€a wheels I think would look good but I donԚ't want to ruin the ride/handling. I am considering lowering the suspension with a Bilstein Streetline kit. My question is what with the handling be like with a 40mm drop and 17 inch wheels? :D

It will handle a whole lot better- considering the tyres should be wider, and the body's inability to roll, the only compromise you'll have to make will be a bumpier ride(lower profile tyres and stiffer springs), and it'll most likely feel a little slower(feel like its dragging between 0-10/20mph), also no more speed bumps, you may crack your sump,or completely tear it off(speaking from experience), but once your going, you'll be taking round-abouts at 70mph -with ease!!

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to find a good suspension kit for my Touring 325i. Most of the kits don't list the Touring, any suggestions?
