electric supercharger :?

hi zoners..
was looking in ebay as u do, and i saw this..

well its a kinda drop in supercharger, according to them it will give about 10 extra horse's. i just wanna know if anyone has any experience of this thing.. and basically if its crap or not!

this thing actually causes u to lose power! thats just plain wrong.. and for 100 pound too!

you lot just dont listen, you need one on the inlet blowing supercharged air into the motor and one on the exhaust sucking the gasses out, otherwise this will never work
100 quid now!! not bad if you can sell a 12V 12W 2 quid RS/Maplins motor and a bit of tube for 100 quid, looks like i am in the wrong game!!

my mate put one on his probe (cost him £155) and it set itself on fire after about 3 weeks he was so impressed with the preformace gain he thoought he was only running on3 out of 4 pots cost him £300 to sort the damage out not impressed to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!
