M42 Timing chain - what's needed to replace?

I'm gonna get my local garage to replace the chain and rails etc, did tensioner a while back but now noisier than ever she sounds like a tractor now...
I think i'm better off sourcing parts myself to save a few measly quid.
What parts do i need to get exactly - ie chain, rails, tensioner etc ? ? ? , and anyone got any tips on cheap/reliable outlets?
Much appreciated as always

the reason the tensioner job doesnt always work is because the brace of the chain guide (where the tensioner presses against) where down, and eventually ends up with a big hole in it. when i stripped my spare M42 lump, i found this out!!
so yes, its best to get the whole lot done. dealer parts will be expensive, but worth it in the long run.
and if c3 do a whole kit for £200, thats amazing!! a chain alone from BMW is £200!!!

if i had the time, i'd do it for you, but its too much of a job to take on if you need the car back quickly
i wouldnt know of anywhere to take it either, coz i do everything myself

C3 quoted (just for the chain) 38.00. Just the other 13 seals, gaskets, pistons, rails and sprockets all come to 300+.

I priced the guides, chain and tensioner at just over £100 from Halliwell jones chester
Sprokets were an extra £20 each.
I should of done the job myself but couldnt be arsed at the time
