Rear Beam Removal

Right, I have removed diff, propshaft, all brake lines, cables etc and the 22mm nut each side and punched the 2 bolts out through the inside of the car but it just sits there. I have burst the plates away which are connected to the jacking points as the car is getting scrapped. Is force involved or have I missed something. Cheers, Pete.

Hi, Thanks anyway. Just back in.I am actually trying to get the trailing arms off for someone for a rear disc set up so I will need to try and get them off with the rear beam in place because I have used a crowbar, scaffold pole, lump hammer and it just sits there. Cheers, Pete.

They can become seriously stuck !
When I converted to rear disks the beam was stuck fast, I ended up using a hydraulic bearing puller to force them off.
The alloy sleeve inside the bushes corrode onto the steel bolts
