Hi,
Do you know if it is possible to fit E36 M3 3.2 Evo multi throttle body manifold to a M20??? If so is there much to do apart from linkages, throttle cable and plenium chamber???
Thanks
Leigh

You need to look at how big they are and also consider what engine management you're going to use to replace the original ECU.
IMO, 40mm/cylinder is too large for a 2.5 M20 as you're never going to get 300bhp running naturally aspirated from one of them.
Go too much bigger than that and you end up with a car that guzzles fuel, has trouble passing emissions tests, is a pig to drive slowly and which gets to a point where opening the throttles more doesn't make any more power as the butterflies aren't the limiting factor anymore.
I've got 40mm/cyl on mine (albeit with 48mm runners) and it's very heavy on fuel around town which is why I'm redeveloping my kit to give longer runners and bodies at 38mm each to attempt to gain some more low end torque.

Sell you my set up for 1k, if you are going to try don't bolther a lot of hassle to make the flat oval 4v port shap meet the 2 valve port
