Urethane engine mounts

Just about to change engine and was wondering if any one has fitted Urethane engine mounts and do they make a diffence?
Does any one know if you can purchase from in UK company?
I Know you can get from US from Ireland Engineering for $70 + postage, which dont seem to bad
