Hi , just wanna ask anyone out there who has recently done the rear
bushes what the symptoms were , i am gettin what feels to be like a
side steppin motion at the rear when i hit little bumps on corners.
The trouble is ive just dropped the car 40mm all round on spax
springs and im not sure if the jumpin is due to the ride being
that bit more stiffer ?
Can any body shed some light ?

easy test.
lyou should be able to get your finger tip between the lower section of bush and the support plate, no gap=shagged bushes
alternative 2 person method:
lie next to car so you can view the bushing, get someone to bounce the rear end and asses the mvement of the axle beam in relation to the lower mounting, good bushes will not move, shagged ones will move up and down with the application of load.

good price for fitting dude, I charge Ԛ£120
I'd use dealer ones, powerflex are sweet but very harsh riding and noisy
forget the GSF parts for these, they'll last about a year max before you'll be doing them again.
yes, always worth changing these, the handling will be sharp enough to cut yourself after you've done them
