Replacing fuel lines

My fuel lines under the car are very rusty and this was picked up on the last MOT. They're now leaking a bit near the fuel filter so its probably time to replace them, and some rubber hoses.
Where do I get new lines - I couldn't see anything on the GSF website so is the dealers the best place - does anyone know how much they'll cost and are they easy to fit?

Never done it, but its 8mm tubing. B&Q do copper pipe for about Ԛ£15 for 10 meters. I assume you will need to flare the ends out a bit to stop the hoses from slipping off.

I'm sure the lines are only Ԛ£10 from the dealer, sod mucking about with the micro-bore from B&Q!

Thanks for the replies.
The metal lines were only Ԛ£12.50 from the dealers.
The hoses are Ԛ£11 each but instead I bought some fuel injector pipe from Halfords and cut it to length - much cheaper.
The whole job took less than 2 hours, including a trip to Halfords!

Just out of interest, is there any reason why you can't just use rubber hoses to replace the metal lines?

you can but they dont take a knock as well as steel e.g. speed bumps/road debris
especially if its lowered i would stick to steel and just get some underseal on them

The fuel lines came 'pre shaped' so it was a simple job of just swapping them over (I think this is what you mean).
