e30 cabrio help- bumpers

got a e30 325 convertible full mtech spec- leather seats, suspension etc its on a h- reg but its got the early e30 rear lights. Would a mtech2 kit fit on this as i have been gettin mixed opinions some sayin that only the mtech 1 kit would fit others sayin mtech2 would aswell....

I know the confusion you mean.
M-tech II front bumper will fit and so will the rear as the convertables have the same rear arches as the post 88 e30's. The only thing you need to worry about with the rear bumper is the mounting shocks are in a different place and you will need to get some new ones.
An m-tech II rear is not as easy to install on a pre-88 non-vert.
Can someone else confirm this is correct?

To correctly mount the front bumper and lower apron you'll have to change the front valance to accomodate the later shape fog-lights as well.
