Vibration (not steering specific) coming in after about 75mph, gets considerably worse up and over 90mph.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Could be a damaged tyre rather than the wheel.

tyres all look fine, and recently balanced. But i'll give them another check...

perhaps one of the weights has fallen off? or they were incorrectly balanced?

could be a lot of things...you will have to get them balanced again to be sure....check all the tyres for damage. a mate had a similar problem and traced it to one tyre that showed no damage but when replaced cured the problem.

if your alloys have relatively few spokes and are pretty thin in the rim department one might be oval from damage as this happened to me a year ago

have you hit any potholes recently? it could be incorrectly balanced wheels or buckled or even a worn balljoint/wheelbearing its hard top tell without seeing it

i was hoping the speeds it happened might give some clue - any problems with balance usually show themselves at lower speeds. Agree need to get everything checked, but was guessing buckled due to speed. Either that or something to do with the prop...

thanks for the thoughts

Get the fronts off the ground and spin them. Easy to see if it's buckled. Then change fronts with rears.
