8" would be safe and look good, 8.5" could also be done.

I don't think it's worth going further than that if you have people in the back often or luggage.

Basically, caps means shouting. It's also pretty ugly on the eyes if you're reading a lot of text. If you don't want to type properly, just do all lowercase....it looks a lot better than caps.
Its not a big thing but you'd be surprised how much it niggles after a while.

9" rears fit depending on the offset. With a 60mm drop you will definately need to flare the arches and have lip rolled.

i take it the wheels are 3 piece. What is the offset of them at the moment?

hi mate.

A 9" rim will have an offset of about et7. This seems too low to me. I think you will definately need the lip rolled and maybe flared, especially as you have a 60mm drop. it also depends on the tyre size. I wouldnt go bigger than 215 width.

An 8.5" rim would have an offset of about et 13. This is alot better, you will probably only need the lip rolled, which you should get done as its easy and cheap. I would use 215 tyres on these too.

Hope that helps. The offset fiures are not exact, may be +-2mm

the 8.5 offset will be et 14
