e30 325i sport - lack of power help!!!

still had no luck with this lack of power and then stalling bussiness!!!!!???
ive changed the dmi switch ive changed the ignition leads and ive brought a new engine management control unit all for around £250 in the space of a month or two!!???
please please help me because im at my witts end!!!!!!!!!!

the car just lags now and again and somtimes it stalls!!?
and its not as if im trying to fix it myself the garage have had it and they seem to be running out of idea's.its random its ok for five or ten mins then it starts doing it.

i had a lack of power and hunting. in the end it turned out to be the dreaded head gasket. fingers crossed for ya.

Agreed, that is quite a clue!
Do you mean that it's OK when cold, then starts playing up when hot, or it just suddenly starts doing it at any time?

Difficult to make suggestions for this one, because we don't know what the garage as been up to.
DME relay, fuel pump relay, and a good check over of the injector plug under the inlet manifold should have all been done.
