has anyone ever heard of or has problems with streched head ie. head bolts not toqued down properly, which would set the head offline and let water out? or core plugs going?
If anyone can please shed some light would be much appreciated!
Cheers Guys!

you mean warped head? this can happen easily if proper care is not taken upon fitting, also happens if new studs where not fitted.
basically if the pressure on the head is applied unevenly, the head can easily be warped, just as cams will snap.
if water is coming out id replace the gasket + studs, also get the head checked over and skimmed. otherwise it could happen again.
the best way to see whats going on is to take the head off and inspect where the damage to the gasket is, thisll tell you where your fault was

Well.... here we go.... shortly after having my manafold replaced (was cracked) a few days later i started the car and was missfiring? checked the water...DRY!! fulled her up started fine drove fine for 30mins or so! stoped for about 5mins and left it running and it was overheating, turned her off and she desided to piss allover the floor! i waited for her to cool down, refilled and drove home, once again no problems smooth drive no overheating!! got home water was fine! woke up this morning... bone dry again???? thought it may be headgasket but there are no signs in the crappy oil or muk in the water! so realy quire puzzled!!
Any ideas???
Thanks for your time.... you probably bored now you have read a life story!!
Cheers!

if it was your inlet manifold it's likely that the coolant hoses that fit to your throttle body may now be leaking, or dislodged from the main system, its easily done. get under the injection system with engine runnin and see if you can spot a leak there, (BE CAREFULL OF THE FAN HITTING YOU, it may be an idea to lock the fan in place as they have a clutch system)
i think it's safe to say it's not your head, you would see it + loose the water almost instantly
