Pi$$ easy.
Front seats - 4x nuts / bolts per seat. Just slide it forward to get to the back ones & then backward for the fronts.
Back seats - base is probably just clips at either side - just pull upwards. Very early cars had 2x screws that are really obvious.
The seat back'll have a couple of bolts at the bottom that you can see once the seat base is out, it then pulls straight upwards off of a couple of hooks. Should take you no more than about 10 mins all in!
Tools - 13,15,17mm sockets (can't remember what size they are!), & perhaps a screwdriver.

1x ratchet
1x 17mm socket
1 x extension bar
as said 2 nuts and 2 bolts per front seat
2 minute job per seat
mind ya paint when draggin em out of the car

Front: 17 mm socket and a ratchet on all 4 bolts which fix the seat to the floor, then 17mm socket on the seat belt attachment..
rear: Pull the bottom section upwards to remove, then remove the two 10mm screws at the the base of the seat (at bottom corners), and push the seat back upwards.
easy as pie.

You what? back seats aren't structural mate, nor are the fronts - useful features though!!

Slightly off topic but could someone tell me what size the nuts and bolts are for the front seat?
I'd like to add a pax seat in my track car but don't have the original bolts.
Thanks

If my back seat was holding my car together i woulnt take it over 5mph! The only other thing they do other than provide seating and a bed is keep out some of the noise.

And if you fold it flat, it weighs less.

Yer the noise is hugely different. I drove my car (stupidly) without anything in it all at except for front seats, gear knob, and the dash, which was half balanced in place. It was SOO much louder. Realy fun actually

Sorta off-topic: how do you remove the panel on the back side of 2-door sport seats? I thought it'd be easy. Are there concealed screws somewhere?

erm...17mm
he he he thats the size of the hex head not the bolt
any yes M10 it is (which is actually 10mm

)
as for the rear panels, remove seats front and rear as mentioned, remove door rubber strip, remove the plastic sill covers, remove the seat belt cover and lower belt. then from memory should come out by pulling and lifting, but have a look down at the botom near the rear seat base may be a screw there.

Two small brass screws at the bottom. Tilt them forwad and you sill see them. Then yank off the tilt handles and slide the seat back upwards. DONT just pull it off!!

- Gota luve the zone! All of us are ex-famous comedians!! But the seats do weigh less when you fold em!!

- I've just taken my interior out for the first time for wiring and was very supprised to hear the difference in noise levels!! Glad to say it didnt fall apart though!!
