Squeak Squeak

My 323i has developed a little squeak (imagine a fan belt slipping) whenever I feed the clutch in in first and seccond gear, usually from a standing start.
Any Ideas?

If it is a 'rubbery' squeak (if that makes any sense) it could well be one of the belts thats worn and slipping, the sudden change in engine rpm can cause a loose belt to slip for a moment.... it's the first thing i would check
