Beemer Autopsy

After not starting for 2 weeks and finally getting some time to examine it appears that the starter has gone and I have petrol leaking from somewhere inside the air filter.
Don't know if the fuel is just build up from trying to start it but the starter has defo gone, was turning over yesterday but nothing today, battery is fine so its definitly not that. My mechanic mate verified this as the most likley problem and said the starter was completely siezed
. We took off my K&N cone and fuel was pishing out.... 
Any idea what this is going to cost me to fix - my wallet can't take much more of this
