power boost valve

Hi, looking to buy a power boost valve for my M20 325i any advice?

Stop looking.

You dont need one.

Standard fuel pressure is more than enough, there is no gain to be had. You also have no idea of what fuel pressure its set to.

There are much better mods you can spend you money on.

already have a full scorpion exhaust and a K&N induction kit, but am looking for a wee bit more.

I actually asked someone i know today about these. He has one on his rally car. he said that the only reason he has one is so that he can get more fuel because he needs more fuel because of the things he has done to his engine.

ive got one on my 325, they dont make a difference in power gains if thats what your after.. as m5pilot said above, the standard 3bar pressure is inuff for the m20... only time you will need to up the fuel pressure is when the engines been modified and a bit more fuel will do it justice.. nothing to gain at all with only an induction kit and an exhaust though..

these gauges are normally acoited with turbo'd cars whre you need to adjust the boost, t think it would work well on an e30 :x
