Ok so i got my 325 manifold

cuz i wanted a bigger throttle body and i will need it anyway when i do my engine swap. i worked out that the ports are the same because i have a late 320i so thats all good. But it also came with the bigger injectors and fuel pressure regulator im thinkin chuck it all on because the computer will only dump the right amount of fuel anyway but my boss disagrees and says i should leave the 320 injectors and fuel reg
so what do you guys think?

The computer will not adjust for the bigger injectors as far as I know, I think mostly it just keeps a table of the opening times for the standard injectors and opens the injector for that amount of time and that will mean a different amount of fuel depending on the size of the injector. It doesn't measure how much fuel it is putting in each cylinder.
BUT you will also be letting more air in so maybe the air/fuel ratios will work out, I don't know.
I think the best thing would be to also get a remap or new computer (standalone or piggy back) and get it tuned to your specific car. That would be a bit more expense though.
Definately wait for a few more replys, I don't know a lot about this.

hmm very good point i didnt really think bout it like that ...
im not to play with the computer yet althaugh it would be nice
i think im gonna put it in with the old injectors n reg and put it on the gas anilizer see if it leans out at all then try each thing and she what improves or gets worse
if anyone has been here before me and wants to save me some time would be muchly appreciated thanks ...
