Does the airco pressureswitch also disable the blowermotor

Hi guys,
My airco pump has been rebuilt with a new clutch and works flawless again. But after a while (let's say 10-20 minutes) of driving with the airco, the entire circuit is shut off for a while. By that I mean that not just the airco is turned off, but also my blower motor. None of it works and the fuse is not blown. After a bit of driving, the aircon and blowermotor turn on again.
Does this sound like the pressure switch is kicking in because my airco is too full, or is this something else?
Important detail: when the pump was fixed previously, the clutch plate had too much distance. This caused the fuse to be blown after a few minutes of using the aircon, because the distance of the clutch was drawing too much current and would blow the 30A fuse. After reducing the distance of the clutch, the fuse stopped being blown and this new issue came up.
Thanks in advance!
