E30 Zone

First time posting here, hello.

So, I'm interested in boosting my E30 to around 300-350 bhp.

Aside from the turbo bits you can get in a kit, what should I do to beef up the engine? I don't think the stock components can take the abuse of forced induction, but if it can what should I do to improve reliability?

This'll be my first attempt at boosting anything at all. It's my first project car, and why I'll probably run into some issues, I'd like as much advice as I can get before I dive in.

I know about bimmerforums and r3vlimited, but are there more resources I should be looking into?

Keep it stock mate. Build a stroker if you have too! There’s nothing like that NA B25 straight six roaring to life

Agree with Mr Bristol there will be plenty to sort on your car without starting a never ending project/turbo charging
