My 325e started having new idling issues when the engine is cold

Good morning everyone,
I have an interesting new problem with my 325e '85 type 1. Here's a quick video demonstrating the problem after I had driven for about 3 minutes:
When the engine is completely entirely cold and I start her up, she almost dies down after like 10 seconds. Obviously if I keep hitting the gas, you won't really notice but once I reach a stop light it will either stall or get very close to stalling.
This started happening while I was playing around with the + and - wires for the radio to install something in my dashboard. I accidentally had the two wires touch, causing the fuse to blow. Besides blowing the radio+OBC fuse, it somehow also managed to make my left rear light bulb blow out. And ever since, the car has (cold) idling issues as I described.
The engine runs perfectly fine once it's slightly warm, after like 5-10 minutes of driving!
Any hints as to where to look?
