E30 Zone

E30 325i 1985. Gave the car a boxing day run out as its not been used for about 2 months, when i turned the ignition off the headlights came on with the light switch in the off position when the switch was put in the on position the lights went out, i haven't looked into what the fault may be yet, thought i woud ask on here first.
