Just brought a convertible and the roof is working but is quiet damaged.

Can anyone give me advice if I can get a cheap referb done or any help with this.

there is a hole in a roof and a big hole on the plastic rear mirror.

thanks.

You can’t refurb holes where there shouldn’t be any. You need a replacement hood, primarily so you can see out of the back of it. A decent used hood in a frame is £400 + and hard to find. Fitting is straightforward. A replacement hood (no frame) will be about £800 + fitted.

I replaced the window in my Baur with 1.5mm plastic sheeting and glued it in place using a two part marine adhesive all as a temp measure but that was over four years ago and is still ok.

Mart.
