Passenger door pin contact not working. Swapped drivers still not working. What colour wires should I have at switch? Any checks in can do to narrow things down?

Brown/blue is the connection to each front door switch for the relay that allows the windows/roof to operate with the ignition off and a front door open.
Interior lights are a brown/purple on the passenger side and a brown/purple or brown/yellow on the drivers' side, depending on whether a delay unit is fitted or not.
Simple check is to just earth the wire to clean body metal.
A small sliver of black plastic can build up on the door pin switches where the contact is made and stop them working properly. Easily dealt with by a craft knife.

Should be double switch on both front doors of UK spec cars. Possibly single pole if a base spec. car with manual windows and roof.
