E30 325i CONVERTIBLE 1992 Auto

Hi All im struggling a bit to find the parts i need and also oe quality or main dealer dependent on availability


1. FRONT BRAKE HOSES RH / LH
2. CAMSHAFT SEAL (FRONT)
3. REAR GEARBOX MOUNT RUBBER BUSHES( ALL OF THEM)
4. ALL THE PROP-SHAFT COUPLINGS AND RUBBERS

ALSO THE MECHANIC WANTED TO KNOW WHY THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN SIZE WITH THE SPARK PLUGS THAT I GOT COMPARED TO THE ONES I ALREADY HAD BASICALLY I HAD BOSCH SUPER 4 AND WAS CHANGING THEM TO NGK AND THE NGK WERE 5MM LONGER SO HE DIDNT WANT TO CHANGE THEM INCASE THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE PISTONS ANY ONE ELSE GOT ADVICE ON THIS ISSUE ?

Type your VIN into one of the online ETKs, such as RealOEM or bmwfans.info, and you'll get the part numbers. All E30 front brake hoses are the same, and are readily available aftermarket, but the little U shaped clips that locate them are probably BMW only.
Can't advise on the spark plugs without knowing the numbers on them, but four electrode spark plugs do not work well in a M20 engine. They should be Bosch W8LCR or equivalents.

why are they longer ? mechanic was a bit baffled and didnt want to replace them ? will they cause damage ?

The Bosch plugs you've taken out are not suitable for this engine, so it's likely they are too short, rather than the new ones too long.
What's the numbers on the old plugs?

Edit: I've just looked back at your first post, and can see what has happened. Your car is from 1992, which is after the introduction of the M50 engine in the E36.
The parts selectors used by the likes of ECP, GSF, etc. assume that a 2.5 '92 3 series is an E36, and it's very likely that you have M50 plugs fitted, for which the 4 electrode item is ideal.
When ordering parts for your car by date, don't go newer than 1990.
