Bc coilover spring rate

Looking at getting some bc coilovers for my e30. Not sure which spring rates to get? Will be for a road car. Keeping the separate spring and shock rear. Any one got any experience?

Go for 10 k front 160mm unsprung lenght and 12 k 120 mm rear...also keep the separate spring shock at the rear
I have the bc br type ra extreme low kit with those springs and i like it a lot

I have 8 front and 6 rear inboard spring.
Wouldn't want anything stiffer on the road.
I'd imagine 10kg front and 10kg rear for track would be better though.

Think I'm going to get 7k front and 8k rear as this is what comes standard on CA Tuned coilovers and they get good reviews.
