E30 Zone

There is 3 lines under the car flow and return but what is the third that runs on its own and what does it connect to???

I believe the third pipe is preparation for charcoal canister. Question being that the pipe is corroded can it be removed?

It can be removed back to the rear of the car, but the end of the pipe must remain open and be ositioned somewhere where it won't get blocked.
