M-Tech 2 front valance and bumper removal

Morning all
I've managed to push an indicator housing through into the recess behind the bumper so need it to come off.
The wiki guides all cover fitting the valance but none about how to take it off.
Can anyone provide a step-by-step and can I do it without breaking clips and without a ramp?
