E30 Zone

Dont know much about the mtec2 kits but can someone help me on this. My lower front valance sticks out on both sides and not quite inline with the top half of the bumper. Are there clips on the inside? If so I'm guessing they are broken. Whats the best way to get it sitting right, and do not say tiger seal lol.

Get a pic up of the inside, normally there are 2 tabs on the inside, that a locking bolt attaches.
