Coding Plugs

Yo-Zoners
So the 318 m52 swap lives!! and my did I laugh when I saw the rev counter. It looks a little..... Excited......
So I've known about the Coding plug swap for a little while. I cant find nuttin but 4cyl ones on the ebay. I checked with OEM and they are not in production anymore.
So does anyone know anyone with a stack of these hiding somewhere?
Or even what they are? Surely its just a little resistor or something. Could I component something up and wedge it in?
