noisy tappets help needed!

318i cab m40 with 127 on clock.
Had my car for 7 years now started ticking bad. Give it an engine flush new oli and
Tappet cleaner.
Helped abit but not much what's the best bet from this point?

Will it rev above 4500rpm under load?

Still sounds abit tappety, but pulls like normal.

So the cam is not badly worn,could be that the lifters are draining oil and until they have re-filled themselves the valve gear will rattle a bit.

Need to get the timeing belt done, and I wana keep the car.
Do you reckon I should get a cam kit and oil spray bar change them all at the same time.
If so any recommendations on where the best place to get all the bits would be.
